Council approves part-time code enforcement officer

PA MILTON — Milton Borough Council approves part-time code officer hire. Council voted to expand code enforcement operations by authorizing a part-time Code officer position. Council also approved execution of Quit Claim Deeds for vacated portions of Second and Third Street, subject to Borough Solicitor approval, and voted to pay bills totaling $120,689.71 from various accounts.
Code Enforcement Officer Alec Klingler reported the department has issued 321 violations year-to-date, with recent citations involving property maintenance and abandoned-vehicle violations.
