Milton Council Nominates Garman to Fill 4th Ward Seat

PA MILTON — Milton Borough Council nominated Jonathan Garman to fill the vacant 4th Ward seat in a 5-1 vote, with President Walker abstaining. Garman was selected from three candidates interviewed for the position. Council approved a $1,500 stipend and salary increase to $65,156 for Secretary/Treasurer Jennifer Foust for her service as Borough Manager and Borough Clerk from November 2025 through April 2026.
The body approved a $24,811.29 purchase of two cemetery mowers, authorized sale of two older mowers on Municibid, and approved the Milton Fire Police to provide traffic assistance during the Milton Area School District Division IV Track Championships on May 14 and 16. Bills totaling $151,255.85 from multiple accounts were approved.
